In many cases the paint is stripped off the machine and everything is repainted using the original factory paint. We replace any component that does not meet our stringent standards with Genuine Trans Tech Parts, or restore it to “like-new” condition. As a final quality inspection, our print technicians use the machines for sample printing after the certification process to verify the machines are performing the same as a new machine.

Your Carousel 80 can now run SpaceFrames!

Are you running thick steel plates on your Trans Tech Carousel 80 pad printer? Are you looking to speed up your ink cup cleaning process so you can run longer and produce more parts each shift? Are you stuck trying to clean around those pesky magnets inside the ink cup?

Trans Tech is now offering our standard 60mm Redstar SpaceFrame and ExpressLiner as an option to run in a standard Carousel 80. The only modification is replacing the cup clamp release levers with shoulder screws. These simply unscrew from the arm clamping mechanism! The cup driver arm must also be of the same vintage as shown in the photo.

The 60mm SpaceFrame is only 10mm smaller than the stock ink cup, so it should fit most of your printing needs. Please check to make sure it is big enough to print your images before ordering.

Our list price on the magnetic SpaceFrame with steel blade is $427.00, which is $1708.00 to get back into 4 color high quality production. Through June 30 we are offering a set of four SpaceFrames for $1150.00 or five for $1437.50, which is 32% off list price!
