Gemini 60/90 Pad Printing Machine
GEMINI 60 / 90 pad printer from Trans Tech is designed to withstand the rigors of a demanding production environment. The box frame design utilizes solid aluminum side plates. This rigid design promotes exceptional stability in applications that require a high degree of repeatability.
The unique design of the Gemini allows two-color printing applications using a single part-holding fixture. The concept unites complex precision technology with amazingly simple handling and offers a variety of application possibilities, with increased flexibility and production with reduced cost. Optional indexing systems can be added for even higher production.

- Solid box frame construction ensures stability & repeatability.
- With the use of two reciprocating, gear-driven printing heads in a unique “V”
configuration, ink pickup, printing and pad cleaning are performed simultaneously.
- Achieves high-quality, two-color print while using single holding fixture.
- PLC control allows independent control of each print head. Any variation of one to four hits from either print head is possible.
- Each print station is equipped with X-Y-R adjustable cliché positioning for fast and accurate color registration.
- The pneumatic-mechanical, gear-driven system guarantees high color registration accuracy with smooth, reliable operation.
- The well-known advantages of the sealed ink cup system provide highest printing quality, simple handling, low ink maintenance and environmentally safe
operation.
- By using the standard automatic tape cleaning device, ever- increased print quality and production efficiency are achieved.
Left: Gemini 60 / 90 convenient touch-screen control panel enables access to all machine functions (except flow controls). Specific printing parameters are customized by the operator and retained in panel memory. Movable plexiglass guarding ensures operator safety and easy viewing of part loading area.
Right: The heart of the Gemini 60 / 90 printer is the interchangeable print module which can be easily removed and swapped with alternate size module. Its rotary actuator and slide arm ensure consistent, durable indexing of hardened steel cliché plate.
