StarLight LPM: Laser Plate Maker for Pad Printing Clichés

STARLIGHT LPM™ is a simple yet efficient laser platemaking device for producing ready-to-use, high-quality cliché plates for pad printing solid, screened and four-color process images in a wide range of product decorating applications.

Excellent Quality Results:

StarLight LPM is flexible, allowing many different plate sizes to be pre-selected. Finished clichés are ready to use in pad printing machines without further processing; no washout chemicals are necessary. Etched StarLight clichés are excellent quality with text and images of high-resolution, ensuring crisp pad transfer and consistency. Estimated cliché life in typical applications is approximately 10,000 cycles. The etch depth is variable, controlled via software selection. Plate material is a polymer plastic, green in color, with a magnetic hold-down backing. NOTE: StarLight cliché plate material may also be used with other CO2 lasers.

Easy user interface software allows full control of artwork import, image positioning and preset etch specifications. Note: Windows-based computer and monitor are not included.
