The Trans Tech MBM Vacuum Exposure Unit is the perfect tool to assist you in making cliché plates for test printing samples, prototype products and low-volume production runs. The MBM is a sturdy, compact device that combines a vacuum frame and internal vacuum pump with an automatically timed ultraviolet light source. The unit is available in three sizes: MBM-2840, the larger MBM-3850 and the largest MBM-3882 (not shown). All provide a simple method for quickly making Trans Tech's popular Polymer, Hydro-Foil and Express-3 pad printing clichés.

Easy Operation
The general MBM operating instructions are easy:

1. Clean dust from all surfaces.
2. Place cliché material and film positive between exposure frame and exposure bed.
3. Turn on vacuum switch.
4. Close cover and set exposure timer.
5. Start exposure switch.
6. After exposure is complete, release vacuum by pushing bleeder valve.
7. Remove film and cliché from exposure unit.
8. Process cliché according to specific material instructions.
