De-ionizing Charged Particles Static control is a practical concern for any pad printing operation that decorates various substrates, especially plastics that have a tendency to generate and hold static charges. Unless de-ionized, these charges may attract unwanted dust particles to the part and pad that interfere with proper ink adhesion, thus impairing print quality.
