InDecs™ V₂ Series Direct-to-Substrate Printers

The InDecs™  V₂ Series of industrial inkjet printers from Trans Tech combine the features of high precision production tools with the flexibility of digital printing. Supporting up to six fluids, including white and clear options, the ability to print high quality images with reduced set up times is at your fingertips. By utilizing the ColorBond™ UV ink set, the capability to print directly onto a wide range of substrates, including many plastics, metals, glass and other materials are endless.

Main Features & Benefits:

Industrial Strength System: Built with high-performance, components, printheads and a low-bed platen for continuous duty in demanding production environments with minimal operator intervention and maintenance.

Scanning-Type Image Application: By scanning over stationary items during the print cycle, the printheads are able to decorate multiple parts arranged in fixture trays to ensure exact image position and increased productivity.

Six-Fluid Platform: Full CMYK printing with optional white and clear enable printing on dark substrates and over coating.

On-Board Ultraviolet Curing: With its on-board UV curing lamps, printed items are cured in seconds and ready to be handled or packaged.

Large Print Area and Throat Depth: Individual or multiple substrates up to 36" x 42" and with thickness of up to 10" may be printed. Depending on specific surface shapes, part contours are not limited to flat but also near-flat or 3D items can be decorated.

QuikFix™ Tooling Tray System: Allows configuration of multiple parts by using changeable inserts, thereby making significant savings in tooling costs and turnaround time.

Advanced Engineered Features: Integration capabilities with conveyor and robotic load systems, remote diagnostics, and quick change ink refill systems highlight the engineering and design details.

Software Support: Optional user friendly ColorPrint^TM RIP and color management profiling allow for software flexibility and customizing.

ColorBond™ UV Curable Inkjet Inks
CMYK, White, and Clear inkjet ink platform is engineered for use in piezoelectric, drop-on-demand print heads. These inks provide excellent adhesion to recommended substrates.
