ROTARY PAD PRINTING MACHINE (RTI)

The rotary gravure pad printer is ideal for printing up to 360 degrees on round, shaped objects. The system includes a rotary gravure printing head with a lever-operated ink drop tray, a random-reciprocating doctor blade assembly, and a mess-free ink cliché drum handle. All have fast release features for quick changeovers. The unit is driven by a powerful variable speed motor. The parts shuttle with duo loading feature allows for both, loading and unloading of parts at either the machine front or side. The front-loading of longer parts, directly under the printing head, reduces cycle time while the side loading of small, difficult to handle parts allows for safe, easy operation. The working area of the machine is completely safety guarded with an extruded metal frame, supporting solvent-resistant clear acrylic panels. Interlocks on all access doors provide for maximum operator safety. The entire system is mounted to a 1" thick Blanchard ground aluminum tooling plate and supported by an Epoxy painted heavy duty tubular steel frame with locking casters for ease of mobility.
