Color matching is done using state-of-the-art computerized equipment for accuracty and repeatability.   Custom-Designed & Built Part-Holding Fixtures Fixture Design & Build Our in-house machine shop technicians design, build and test part holding fixtures to customer specifications. Whether a one-off special order or several dozen units for a multi-pallet, automated system, these durable fixtures are critical for precise part support, image location and ease of loading.  Digital Artwork Production Artwork Creation & Adjustment The all-important image to be pad printed is only as good as the artwork from which it is created. Our staff of skilled digital artists employ high-tech graphic art production equipment, computerized design and years of experienced in solving unique artwork challenges prior to outputting high-resolution film for cliché plates.  Cliché Platemaking Etching & Processing Cliché Plates Second To None Our complete platemaking facilities for processing and etching steel cliché drums, plates and foils plus polymer clichés have set the industry standard. Highest quality plates are processed, etched and microscopically inspected to exacting specifications by skilled platemakers.  Test Printing with Part & Fixture Print Lab & Technical Service Our dedicated print lab will test-print customer artwork on sample parts to ensure ink-to-substrate compatibility, pad suitability, image distortion and to determine any modifications to artwork. In addition, these pad printing experts test equipment prior to customer accceptance as well as assist in training and ongoing support.
