Prmary Printing Kit

Free-Standing Safety Wash Tank is an indispensable item for busy shops where cleanup of ink from machine parts and tools is a daily chore. Ideally suited for a cleaning solvent like our dibasic ester, this enamel-finished exterior and galvanized metal interior holds eight gallons of liquid confined by an automatic-close safety lid. This design also allows convenient hands-free opening with a foot bar. A handy steel parts basket enables the user to scrub parts with solvent as the ink residue runs through to the reservoir. A removable plug in the tank allows drainage as needed.

Dibasic Ester (DBE) We recommend DBE for use in our wash tank. With less toxicity, less flamability, reduced emissions and less evaporation, it replaces other, more hazardous solvents. DBE is biodegradable. Five gallon container.

Solvent-Resistant Gloves for ink mixing or handling of parts while cleaning with ink solvents or other harmful chemicals. Easy-grip elastic is ideal for all-purpose usage while printing, protecting hands from inks and solvents; one size fits all; green color– one dozen pairs per kit.

Industrial Strengtht Towels. These heavy-duty utility wipes hold up better than common paper towels when using solvents or cleaners and are lint-free. With the convenient Large Capacity Wall-Mount Dispenser, easy one-handed towel tear-off is ideal for clean-ups in busy industrial shops. Four rolls per kit.
