STARLIGHT LPM™ is simple yet efficient laser platemaking device
for producing ready-to-use, high-quality cliché plates for pad printing solid, screened and four-color process images in a wide range of product decorating applications.

Main Features and Benefits:
• Simple, Functional Design:
Enables rapid creation of laser clichés for short or long runs within pre-set parameters: solid, screened and four-color process.

• User-Friendly Input:
Easy-to-use software makes importing of graphics and positioning of images on plate visible and intuitive with minimal learning curve required.

Magnetic base plate is loaded into etching area with blank StarLight LPM plate material. Below: simple control button panel is set at start-up.

• Excellent Quality Results:
StarLight LPM is flexible, allowing many different plate sizes to be pre-selected. Finished clichés are ready to use in pad printing machines without further processing; no washout chemicals are necessary. Etched StarLight clichés are excellent quality with text and images of high-resolution, ensuring crisp pad transfer and consistency. Estimated cliché life in typical applications is approximately 10,000 cycles. The etch depth is variable, controlled via software selection. Plate material is a polymer plastic, green in color, with a magnetic hold-down backing. NOTE: StarLight cliché plate material may also be used with other CO2 lasers.
