Patented SpaceFrame™ Now Available
For TampoPrint Pad Printers

TRANS TECH is pleased to announce three new additions to our
patented SpaceFrame™ Ink Cup line: 60, 90 and 130mm size units designed specifically to fit standard TampoPrint machine ink cup hold-down rings. After the popular reception of our original SpaceFrame last year, we have received an overwhelming demand to adapt this concept to pad printing machinery from other manufacturers. We have heard our customers loud and clear and here is our response: SpaceFrames for TampoPrint machines.

Available with carbide or ceramic doctor rings
The simple but elegant design offers easier and faster clean-up between cup changes with virtually no mess. By using our disposable ExpressLiner™, the operator snaps out the carbide or ceramic doctor ring, discards the liner, and snaps the ring into a new liner with fresh ink. (See exploded view photo below.) The operator then drops the new ring-and-liner unit into the SpaceFrame which he then inserts into the hold-down ring. Finally, the entire assembly is clamped to the cliché plate and installed into the pad printer, ready to continue production.

Advantages and Benefits:
The faster clean-up results in reduced downtime and ultimately higher production output. Additionally, the SpaceFrame with ExpressLiner offers a much improved doctoring performance– another big plus in producing a consistent, high-quality image.
