The PRIMOCURE Drying Conveyor from ITW Trans Tech is an essential auxiliary item for the curing of pad printing inks in large and small production runs. Heat curing with this unit is an effective method for accelerating ink drying on pad printed parts so that they may be handled or packed without damage.

Main Features & Benefits:
• Sturdy Design
The support structure is a welded steel design and is equipped with four lockable casters for positive positioning and easier mobility. All four feet are individually adjustable for convenient height setting.
• Stainless Steel Belt
The heat-resistant stainless steel curing belt can be adjusted for tension and is driven by a variable speed, electro- mechanical drive.
• Heating Chamber
To assure the best curing efficiency, the heating chamber has a double-wall construction. The entry and exit sides of the tunnel are provided with adjustable height gates.

• Temperature Control
The heat is generated by two heating elements. Desired temperature can be pre-set. The temperature is thermostatically controlled and indicated by a digital readout.
• Blowers
A blower is mounted on the top side of the heat chamber for even heat distribution. An optional part cool-off section (see photo below) with a separate blower may be mounted at the end of the drying belt which also assists in blowing off any remaining ink solvents.
• Chute
The stainless steel part chute at the end of the conveyor belt allows for proper part unloading.
• Control Panel
All operating controls are easily accessible and mounted on the outside of the control panel door.
