PlateMaker ensures repeatable washout from one plate to the next, regardless of operator skill level. Unit is operated without any electrical power connection, therefore can be used in normal working area. No explosive-protection measures are needed. Operator uses unit on horizontal plane, using stationary plush pad and plate holder moving in rotation. Holder is equipped with magnetic rubber element to hold steel plates while manually driven by handcrank. Max. Plate Size: 250 x 350mm Magnetic Agitator Plate holds metal-backed clichés firmly with constant, even pressure against plush pad; ensuring consistent, repeatable quality. Washout Liquid Bath holds 7.0 liters; can use either alcohol or water-based liquids safely; saturated liquid may be removed via drain ballcock. Sealed Lid eliminates evaporation or splashing of liquid; prevents harmful or dangerous fumes. Power: none required; ground wire discharges any static. PlateWasher is easily operated by slowly turning the handcrank for two minutes clockwise and two more minutes counterclockwise.
