ECOCURE ink curing tunnel from ITW Trans Tech is an economical unit ideal for curing pad printing inks, especially two-component inks using hardeners. The combination of direct radiant heat with air passing through the panel provides a heat transfer that performs well in rapid drying and minimizes production time in smaller pad printing operations. Heat curing with this unit is an effective method for accelerating ink drying on pad printed parts so that they may be handled or packed without damage.

Main Features & Benefits:
• Sturdy Design
The support structure is an efficient steel design with powder-coated finish. Four legs with casters enable convenient positioning and easy mobility.
• Fine Mesh Belt:
The heat-resistant mesh curing belt is thirteen inches wide with its speed variably controlled from zero to twelve feet per minute.
• Heating Chamber:
To assure the best curing efficiency, the heating chamber is fully insulated. Heating panel is height-adjustable; entry and exit sides of the tunnel are also adjustable with height gate openings from one to five inches.

• Temperature Control:
The temperature is controlled by a solid-state thermostat.
• Blower:
A blower unit is mounted on the top side of the heat chamber for even heat distribution with a capacity of 210 cubic feet per minute.
• Chute:
The twelve-inch long galvanized steel part chute at the end of the conveyor belt allows for proper part unloading.
• Control Panel:
All operating controls are easily accessible and mounted on the outside of the blower unit.
