We thought we would offer you a glimpse at the inner workings of our machine building process to give an idea of how we take a solid design and execute it with attention to detail. We know our expectations of quality must exceed our customer's, and so we apply those standards consistently on each pad printer. Of course, the finished standard machine is usually only the starting point in most applications. Typically, customers require custom fixturing and part handling auxiliaries, but with a robust, reliable printing unit at the heart of each system, the chain of components has no weak link.

Aries 130 pad printer building is performed in a separate production area by a highly skilled team, supplied with a full selection of component parts and tools. Structural pieces are assembled by Dan Hessert, mechanical components are installed by Mike Hahn, with electronics and wiring installed and checked by Vlad Simunac.

All pad printer components are arranged orderly within the production cell for efficiency and easy inventory.

Each pad printer model (Gemini 60/90 shown above) is assembled in a dedicated area with all components conveniently stocked nearby.
