![]() ![]() Pad Printers Are Constellation of Robust Design, Star Suppliers and Proven Craftsmanship WITH many of our competitors in the pad printing industry turning to outsourcing equipment manufacture to foreign suppliers, ITW Trans Tech has instead chosen to keep its machine building here in the USA. We have found that our network of proven sources of materials, components and services can provide a quality product equal to European and Asian alternatives. The combination of that quality with our innovative engineering and an unmatched nationwide support team has produced the Aries, Gemini, Orion and Comet series of pad printers. ![]() Machine builder Dan Hessert attaches the cover panel on a finished Aries 130. We thought we would offer you a glimpse at the inner workings of our machine building process to give an idea of how we take a solid design and execute it with attention to detail. We know our expectations of quality must exceed our customer's, and so we apply those standards consistently on each pad printer. Of course, the finished standard machine is usually only the starting point in most applications. Typically, customers require custom fixturing and part handling auxiliaries, but with a robust, reliable printing unit at the heart of each system, the chain of components has no weak link. ![]() Dan Hessert inspects a group of freshly painted and assembled Aries 130 housings prior to installation of internal components. Their solid box frame design adds strength and stability to the process. Why Choose The Aries 130 Pad Printer? Made In USA The Aries 130 pad printer from ITW Trans Tech has solid design and craftsmanship that can stand up to and exceed the quality of imported machines. Plus, it’s backed by our nationwide team of service technicians and support experts largest in the industry. Durability With its solid box frame, Aries has the strength and accuracy to ensure stability and repeatability on long runs. Not a light-duty, disposable unit this is a full-time industrial pad printer. Control With all machine functions easily accessed via its soft-touch control panel, Aries is user-friendly. Specific printing parameters are input and saved in memory. Flexibility By exchanging the Aries printing module with alternate 130mm units, a wider range of jobs can be produced with easy changeover. ![]() Aries 130 pad printer building is performed in a separate production area by a highly skilled team, supplied with a full selection of component parts and tools. Structural pieces are assembled by Dan Hessert, mechanical components are installed by Mike Hahn, with electronics and wiring installed and checked by Vlad Simunac. ![]() All pad printer components are arranged orderly within the production cell for efficiency and easy inventory. ![]() Vlad Simunac makes final connections on the Aries 130 electronics module. ![]() Each pad printer model (Gemini 60/90 shown above) is assembled in a dedicated area with all components conveniently stocked nearby.
