THE robust design of the Aries 130 pad printer from ITW Trans Tech enables consistent printing within the rigors of a demanding production environment. The box frame design utilizes solid aluminum side plates. This rigid design promotes exceptional stability in applications that require a high degree of repeatability. Optional indexing systems can be added for even higher production.

The unique design of the Aries 130 enables quick changeover to alternate 130 mm ink cup doctoring modules. All machine control functions can be accessed through the operator control panel except for cliché and pad flow controls which are located on the machine rear panel.

• Design includes solid box frame construction with solid sides plates to promote rigidity.

• Provides consistent, high-quality, single-color prints, when used in demanding production environments.

• User-friendly operator interface allows easy control of most printing functions.

Aries 130 convenient touch-screen control panel enables access to all machine functions (except flow controls). Specific printing parameters are customized by the operator and retained in panel memory.

• Pad ram moves in “Y” axis to provide extended throat depth and promote operator safety.

• Robust shock absorbers mounted to each end of the pad slide dampen motion and provide high repeatability.

• Rotary motion of the pneumatic-mechanical, gear-driven system guarantees high color registration accuracy with smooth, reliable operation.

• By using modular doctor mechanism, unit allows easy interchange of 130mm accessories.

• The well-known advantages of the sealed ink cup system provide teh highest printing quality, simple handling, low ink maintenance and environmentally safe operation.

The heart of the Aries 130 pad printer is the interchangeable print module which can be easily removed and swapped with an alternate 130mm module. Its rotary actuator and slide arm ensure consistent, durable indexing of hardened steel cliché plate.
