Just a brief note about a job Transtech is working on for us. I recently got a new padprint job from an existing customer. We will not have molded parts until early December but we wanted to be ready to print when the parts are run. We placed an order for prototype parts, cliché, fixture, test print, etc… on Thursday, November 13th. I e-mailed Mark Ryan on Tuesday, November 18th, to see it he needed anything else to get the job going. Mark informed me that the prototype parts had already been completed and he would be printing that day. Wednesday morning I had printed parts in my hand for approval. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the service we received from Owen, Mark, and the rest of the Transtech team. If this is the type of service we can expect in the future, I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else.
